A cozy escape in the Blue Mountains
The beds were super cozy and the air conditioning worked perfectly on a rather chilly night. The hosts were cute and provided great local tips for dining and hiking. One thing to consider is that the outside lights came on quite early, which disturbed our sleep a bit, but overall it didn't detract from our lovely experience.

Deluxe hotel with a nice design concept and a great value. Well laid out and large rooms with private bathrooms and a toaster and crockery. The staff - very helpful and excellent.

Very clean and comfortable. Fresh & healthy country air with total absence of deodorisers as no bad odours to cover up. Very quiet at night. Very friendly service.

Comfortable bed with extra pillows and crisp white cotton sheets made it easy to relax. Free continental breakfast included, delivered the night before with juice, cereals, and bread for the toaster.
The grounds looked a bit neglected, with a weed growing in a pot and the steps needing maintenance. Noise from the highway and train line could be distracting, though mostly muffled with the door closed. Lack of a designated smoking area allowed smoke to seep into the room from other guests.

it is very convenient to where our family live.
traffic noise. cold bathroom. column heater wasn't able to keep the room warm enough on very cold nights. a twin room cost extra, despite the booking stating the room rate was for "standard double or twin"

The hotel with beautifully maintained and well-organised rooms, in a nice quiet area, willing to help recommend local places to explore. In the center of the city, very convenient.

cozy, cozy, cozy
I stayed one night in a Beautiful Queen Room and loved the comfortable bed with extra pillows. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town where we enjoyed delicious meals at nearby restaurants. I was impressed by the room's spaciousness and the effective heating that kept us cozy on a chilly evening.
strongly recommend ❤️❤️

We have stayed previously so knew the Inn. It is convenient to everything we had to do, in this case a birthday party. We would stay again

I thought the bugs in my room were a new type of decor, how quaint! A dead cockroach by my bed was just 'charming' I guess. No power point by the main bed for my phone- it's 2023, how do they not know? Would have appreciated a room upgrade but alas, just couldn't see past the insects.

It is a friendly motel with basic amenities which was OK for a weekend. Perhaps the towels etc could be updated. Also could provide free Wi Fi to guests.
Nothing really.

The room was comfortable, quiet and well lit (for reading). Although not luxury, the room was well-appointed and the standard of fittings was good. The Inn is a 5 minute from the "centre" of Blackheath. Overall, it offered value for money.
1. rooms on highway side would be noisy. 2. no exhaust fan in bathroom. 3. poor instructions for heating.
